I stayed at this hotel in August last year in one of the outside annexe rooms which was lovely. The rooms were clean and well-appointed with a nice bathroom, which they changed at the last minute because of our children's requirements. The service was exceptional and the staff were super helpful, lending us adapters and assisting us in booking an additional night while we waited for our car to be recovered. The location, although near the Channel Tunnel, had a lovely large garden to wander through but was next to a farm with animal noise from early morning. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown with limited options, but the facilities were good.
